Our gorgeous and spacious 3-story home in Downtown Bentonville! Located just steps away from Bentonville’s greatest hits, our home is ideal for anyone looking for good food, great sights and world-famous MTB trails. At home, you’ll find luxury amenities for 15, a home theater, a huge sunlit living room, a ping pong table, a fully stocked kitchen, and a formal dining space. Tucked into a landscaped valley, our home offers a peaceful oasis and the convenience of town.
Welcome to Valley House. Offering amenities for up to 15 people, our spacious three-story, 6-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home is the perfect blend of luxury and convenience for the whole family!

“Used the space for a family gathering. Location was perfect as it was close to town, airport and museum. The grounds were lovely. Woke up before the family, sipping my coffee in the hot tub as I watched the deer and large hawk roam the grounds. Everything is as described. The kids had plenty of space to play; adults enjoyed ping-pong! A space this large could be used for much… business training, ladies retreat, or like us, family reunions. We did not bring our dog this time, but there’s plenty of room for a good walk. Highly recommend..”

“Less than a mile from downtown where there is endless options of food and things to do. House is large with plenty of room for lots of guests. The beds were very comfortable which is something I look for and if you are staying here for a MTB trip like we were it's a very short bike ride to all the trails. Bike in and bike out was what we were looking for and this home delivered.”
