Our Razorback-centric home in South Fayetteville is within TWO miles of EVERYTHING our city has to offer! After a long day out in NWA, curl up on the couch for a good movie, whip up a meal in our fully stocked kitchen or challenge your crew to a friendly game of Mr. Pac Man on our gaming console.
Welcome to Hog Haus, where you can enjoy luxury amenities and plenty of living space for EIGHT people.
Upon entering our home, turn to the left and enter our open concept living area. Our main lounge area is complete with a huge sectional, two plush leather lounge chairs and a desk.
Movie nights are all set with this 70-inch Vizio Smart TV. To the right, you'll see our butcher block island with two barstools.
Take a look in the entertainment center and you'll find board and card games.
Directly behind the living room, you'll see our 6-top dining table. This cozy space is perfect for communal dining, great conversation and board games with your crew.
In our fully stocked kitchen, you'll have access to amenities such as a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. You'll also have access to a large glass door leading out to the side of the house.
When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of three private rooms.
Upstairs, your crew can hang out in a secondary living area, which is complete with a leather couch, our Mr. Pac Man 2 player machine and a 50-inch Hisense Roku TV.
In our 1-car garage, you'll find bike racks, a workstation, and a wash station - the perfect setup to keep your bike in top shape before hitting the trails!

“This was a beautiful new home in a perfect location to all the restaurants and college. Communication was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue and it was small was the floors hadn’t seemed to have been cleaned very well. Other than that, everything else was clean and beds and we’re all super comfortable. “This property was phenomenal. We stayed here over a long weekend in the spring. It was during UofA's spring break, so Fayetteville was relatively quite. The host was exceptionally prompt in communications, and checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well. The house itself was well furnished and appointed, and we were all very comfortable. My only message to would-be travelers is that although the property has a garage, unless you're driving a compact car, don't expect to be able to use it. We gave up trying to Austin Powers our midsized SUV in there, and instead opted for parking on the street. There was ample street parking, but I'm not sure if this would be any different when school is in session. Other than that minor inconvenience (which did not really detract from our experience), this property exceeded all our expectations.”

“We had a great 4 night stay at Hog Haus. The property was the perfect space for 4 adults. It was clean and well supplied with lots of towels, sheets, kitchen supplies, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the square and campus. We had an issue with heat (no heat for 2 days) but the management comapny was very responsive in solving the problem and stayed in constant contact with us. We would definitely stay again!”

“The house was a perfect location for our mom's weekend with Pi Phi. Easy drive to campus and Dickson. Exactly as described. Very clean!!! Lots of towels and amenities provided. Quiet. Beds very very comfortable, and the black out curtains are amazing. All bedrooms are upstairs, so everyone in your group needs to be able to do stairs. We had two vehicles and parking on the street was not a problem at all. Communication with property manager was over the top incredible. She wants to make sure everything is perfect while you are there. We will definitely be back.”
