Our Razorback-centric home in South Fayetteville is within TWO miles of EVERYTHING our city has to offer! After a long day out in NWA, curl up on the couch for a good movie, whip up a meal in our fully stocked kitchen or challenge your crew to a friendly game of Mr. Pac Man on our gaming console.
Welcome to Hog Haus, where you can enjoy luxury amenities and plenty of living space for EIGHT people.
Upon entering our home, turn to the left and enter our open concept living area. Our main lounge area is complete with a huge sectional, two plush leather lounge chairs and a desk.
Movie nights are all set with this 70-inch Vizio Smart TV. To the right, you'll see our butcher block island with two barstools.
Take a look in the entertainment center and you'll find board and card games.
Directly behind the living room, you'll see our 6-top dining table. This cozy space is perfect for communal dining, great conversation and board games with your crew.
In our fully stocked kitchen, you'll have access to amenities such as a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. You'll also have access to a large glass door leading out to the side of the house.
When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of three private rooms.
Upstairs, your crew can hang out in a secondary living area, which is complete with a leather couch, our Mr. Pac Man 2 player machine and a 50-inch Hisense Roku TV.
In our 1-car garage, you'll find bike racks, a workstation, and a wash station - the perfect setup to keep your bike in top shape before hitting the trails!

“This was a beautiful new home in a perfect location to all the restaurants and college. Communication was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Walk or ride to Walker Park and the Razorback Greenway Trail, a 40+ mile, MTB-friendly trail connecting 7 communities from Fayetteville to Bella Vista.
