For all the cyclists out there - Phat Tire Bike Shop is right downstairs. There is a bike wash station and a bike maintenance stand on property. The Trailhead for Bella Vista’s 25-mile 'Tunnel Vision Loop' is only 0.1 miles away and connects with the 22-mile 'Back 40 Loop' and has access to Slaughter Pen features area - all HIGHLY recommended day rides for all skill levels. The Little Sugar Lofts also sit 2 miles away from Sugar Bridge trail.
