About Willow Tree Retreat
Welcome to Willow Tree Retreat! Our super cozy, newly decorated, solar powered home is tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in West Fayetteville. Complete with accommodations for 10, including four private bedrooms. Our TWO living room spaces are ready to entertain with a large Smart TV, tons of board games, an air hockey table, plush sectional seating, and a working gas fireplace. Invite the crew over for a home-cooked meal in our kitchen with all new appliances and amenities!

“Our family was able to stay together in one house and so close to the rest of our family in Fayetteville!! It was a great place for the cousins to play together with the very well organized and clean play closet! The floors were very clean, the kids were barefoot or in socks and the socks stayed clean! I was impressed! The bedrooms were comfortable and very quiet! The neighborhood was also quiet! Overall, just a great place to be!”

“We booked our stay to have a warm, home like setting to spend time with family after a memorial service for my mom. We had enough space for our family to gather and share meals, tell stories, play games and reminisce. We had questions before we booked the property and Cohova was quick to respond and work with us as we were planning our long weekend. They were sensitive to our needs, and it was a stress-free experience. Those few early interactions made me feel confident to book the house. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything needed for a home away from home. The bathrooms were spotless, the linens were fresh, and they left a cute little nest of plastic eggs on each bed with a sweet treat. There was a laundry room which was helpful and a ton of space. On responsiveness alone, I would recommend Cohova. If we find ourselves back in the NW Arkansas area, I will not hesitate to work with Cohova again.”

“Our family stayed here while in town for a wedding. The home was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms are all very large and have really comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you will need. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand soaps were plentiful in each bathroom. This is one of the best VRBO homes I have ever stayed at.”
