Rocky Summit is your ideal destination for a relaxing and convenient escape, where you can enjoy the natural beauty of Beaver Lake while being just moments away from the vibrant heart of Downtown Rogers. Our newly constructed 4-story home sleeps 12 guests and features gorgeous lake views, a large patio with a hot tub and dining table, a huge game room with a kitchenette and shuffleboard table, kayak/paddle boards available for the short walk to the water, a fire pit and SO much more!

Welcome to Rocky Summit! Our huge 4-story home is filled with amenities to entertain your whole family.
You will love our hot tub with a view!
Our main entrance is to the right of the garage.
Take the elevator to the fourth floor to begin our tour.
All the way on the top is our main living room and kitchen!
This space features beautiful views, plush seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a gas fireplace.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of room to cook and enjoy a meal with your family.
Dining table for 6.
Outside, there is a small patio space with 2 chairs overlooking the lake - this is our favorite place to enjoy the morning's coffee.
Our third floor den with a full-size pull-out couch and Smart TV is a perfect spot to watch a movie or game!
If you need to check in with work during your vacation, we have a great office space for you to set up your laptop during your stay.
Our 3rd floor also has two relaxing king size suites. Plus, a private balcony with seating for two! — In total, Rocky Summit has accommodations for 12 guests!

The second floor features our game room, with patio access.
The game room has a kitchenette, a 65-inch Smart TV, a shuffleboard table, and plenty of board games.
Also, on the 2nd floor is a bedroom/yoga studio that has floor to ceiling windows, yoga mats, and a couch that pulls out into a Queen size bed.
Outside, enjoy the surrounding nature from our large patio.
Grill, dining for 8 and hot tub.
The fire pit in the front yard makes for a perfect end of the night.
And of course, the Beaver Lake beach area is just a short walk from the house.
Grab the inflatable kayak, the inflatable paddle boards, and beach chairs for a lovely day on the water!

Rocky Summit is a 4-minute drive to the HWY 12 boat ramp, and a 10 minute drive to Beaver Lake's Prairie Creek Marina is where you can rent a boat, rent a slip, or just enjoy the public swim areas.
