Our beautiful home offers easy access to Beaver Lake’s shore and stunning views from every room. The huge windows throughout the house flood the space with natural light and provide picturesque vistas of the lake. Whether you spend your time relaxing on the screened-in patios or kayaking on the water you are sure to have a great time! Enjoy luxury amenities for 10 guests in our 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with TWO living areas, TWO screened in patios, and a large deck.

When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space and kitchen area.
The entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake from every angle. Gaze through the telescope for shooting stars and maybe a glimpse of a bald eagle flying over the lake!
The living room has seating, a fireplace, and books, and access to the screened in patio.
The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee.
In our large screened-in patio, you will find seating, a dining table, another fireplace, and a Smart TV.
This is the PERFECT spot to relax while still enjoying the fresh air.
To the right of the living room is the primary bedroom, which enjoys its own private screened-in patio. — In total, there are four bedrooms, accommodating 10 guests.
This screened-in porch is a wonderful place to escape with a good book or savor your morning coffee or tea.
Head downstairs for an additional living room and access to our deck patio space.
Your crew will love the cozy seating, board games, and a large Smart TV.
With a dining table and grill, enjoy al fresco dining on the spacious outdoor deck.
Our home is located in a gated street with neighbors.
To head down to Beaver Lake, use the common path located in the back yard.
It's easy access to Beaver Lake for a day of fun in the water! Use the kayaks and paddle board to explore the lake or just float around on the Lily Pad.

“The location was great. Views of the lake were as pictured. Home was clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked including a small extra fridge that came in handy for beverages. Bedrooms were well done, bathrooms clean, and overall the home setup worked great for our family of 6. We spent the nights on the screened in porch having dinner and playing games. The lake access from the property is limited, but they disclose that in the house description. A marina was 15 minutes away where we rented a boat. Overall it was a great experience for someone looking to be in the Beaver Lake area.”
