About The Collegiate
Experience Fayetteville like never before! The Collegiate is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood in West Fayetteville with easy access to all this buzzing city has to offer. Just drive 10 minutes to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Downtown Fayetteville. OR if you are here for The Hogs, our home is just 4 miles away from the University of Arkansas campus and all Athletic Facilities.

Our living room has a cozy gray couch, two overstuffed lounge chairs, a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV with cable, gas fireplace and tons of Hog-centric flair. Next to the TV, you'll also find Pictionary and Checkers. This space is our favorite place to watch the big game, dive into a good book or have a game night with friends.
In the center of the open living space, enter our kitchen with a granite island and three barstools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage.
In the alcove to the left of the kitchen, you'll see our stunning 6-top dining table.
When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four luxury beds, accommodating up to 10 guests! Choose from: (1) King bed (2) King bed (3) Queen bed (4) 2 Twins / 2 Queens in a bunkbed.
Outdoor living space with sectional, TV, grill, gas fire pit, heater, string lights and Baggo.
Play safe in our fully fenced-in backyard and plenty of parking available in our three-car garage and driveway.

“We were in town from Texas for our daughter’s wedding, and couldn’t have booked a better place for our family! The fenced in side yard was perfect for our dog, that our daughter insisted had to come with us. This home is spacious and comfortable. With our daughter going to college in Fayetteville, and now being married, we have stayed in a lot of Airbnb locations. This was one of our favorites.”

“Having stayed in many rentals over the past 15 years, I don’t say this lightly but this was our very Best experience. The home was clean, beautiful, well stocked and in a neighborhood I would have walked alone in without worry. The host was very proactive in making sure we did not lack for anything. We did 3 events at Bud Walton Arena and found it so easy to get to and get back from. It took about 10-12 minutes, but that was mostly because a big part of the trip is within neighborhoods, so slow driving. We had NO issues with anything from booking through departure. We will absolutely check this place first when in the area.”

“Cohova properties are our favorite bnb properties in NWA. The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable and the garage access was exactly what we needed. Per usual, the communication with Cohova was friendly, prompt and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and we felt safe and sound. I search the NWA Airbnb listings looking for the Cohova listings mainly because of the garage access and impeccable homes. Thank you for allowing garage access!
