Welcome to Dickson Chateau — our gorgeous home located in Fayetteville’s historic district, a quarter mile from Dickson’s entertainment district and less than 1 mile from the University of Arkansas. Walkable to all of downtown including the Fayetteville Town Square, Walton Arts Center, TheatreSquared, Fayetteville Library or Razorback Greenway trails! Complete with a massive acre-lot yard, gazebo, and picturesque creek that runs through our property.
