Our modern, sun-filled home located within MINUTES of everything Bentonville has to offer.
Walk out the front door and you’re STEPS from the Bentonville Square, The Momentary, Crystal Bridges and the Razorback Greenway — NWA’s premier biking, running and walking path. If you’re visiting NWA to experience our 250 mountain bike trails, you’re in luck! All of Bentonville’s MTB trails are easily accessible from the house.
Welcome to Sunny Chalet. Inside you’ll find plenty of living space for TEN people, plus luxury amenities, including kitchenware, plush robes, extra linens, and more! — Freshly renovated with modern details, our open concept great room features a striking wood vaulted ceiling, and natural-wood accents can be found in every part of the house.
When you walk through our front door, you'll enter into our foyer area. Here, you'll see a credenza, mirror and gorgeous wooden art piece hanging on the wall. Immediately to the left, you'll see our spiral staircase. Immediately ahead, you'll see a door leading into our kitchen and dining area.
Our kitchen is complete with gorgeous natural stone floors, tons of built-in storage and state-of-the-art amenities.
Here, you'll find everything you need to cook your favorite meal, make your favorite baked goods or brew a perfect cup of coffee.
Through the kitchen, you'll see our four-top dining table, which sits near a window overlooking the Sun Room.
Head through the kitchen and to the left to enter into the main living room - it can also be accessed through a door leading from the foyer. This space is complete with two leather sofas, two lounge chairs, a TCL Smart TV, a gas fireplace with remote, record player and STUNNING wooden vaulted ceilings.
Near the spiral staircase, you'll also see three barstools looking into the kitchen area.
Past the living room, you'll see a door leading into our Sun Room.
This space is complete with two swivel chairs, a four-top dining table, a Samsung Smart TV, board games, floor-to-ceiling windows and a door leading to the backyard.
When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our 4 bedrooms with six luxury beds.
Out back, enjoy our patio and fenced-in yard!
Here, you'll find a BBQ grill, lounge area and two-top dining table.

It was close enough to walk to downtown with great restaurants, coffee shops, etc. an easy bike ride to Coler and Crystal Bridges (also walkable). Quiet, pretty neighborhood. “We enjoyed our stay at Sunny Chalet! It fit the needs of our large family group very well. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we loved the location! We walked to the downtown Bentonville square a few times, even in the cold. The backyard felt private and the sunroom was the perfect place for morning cartoons for the kids or reading a good book in the afternoon. If you need a pack and play, I recommend reaching out to them ahead of time. They were able to accommodate our needs. I recommend staying here and would certainly come back!”
