“We loved everything about this house! Slept 9 of us very comfortably, & we enjoyed the hot tub with space to spare as well! I’m kinda a linen & pillow snob, & the beds were comfy & just perfect! Everything felt “special” including pretty glassware, delicious coffee & even nice paper towels ! We’ve learned that not all VRBO’s pay attention to details, but this one might be the best we’ve stayed in! We didn’t use the outdoor fire pit, but look forward to staying in the fall so we can next time! Going to a concert at the AMP & picking up friends from the airport were easy from this location , & we loved eating out in Bentonville! For anyone considering places to host friends…this was perfect!!”

The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for preparing meals together, and the common areas were cozy yet spacious, ideal for everything from game nights to quiet mornings with coffee. The bedrooms were comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, giving everyone their own space and privacy when needed.

“What a fantastic spot for a Bentonville visit. We were close to town and Crystal Bridges, and the location offered easy access to bike trails. The house itself is lovely and, in particular, we enjoyed the comfy beds and the hot tub! Host was very responsive. Great stay!”

“We had a great stay with Cohova. Easy check in instructions and very simple checkout. We accidentally locked the remote IN the garage and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Beds are super comfy & rooms and closets generously sized. Fabulous location to be close to downtown and the trails. The second story deck was closed due to damage, so we couldn’t sit outside, but the sun coming in to the game room in the morning is absolutely fabulous. Bath supplies and generous starter set of dish soap appreciated. Used both the outdoor fire pit & the grill! Great features.”
