Welcome to The Dogwood! Enjoy picturesque views of the lake from all rooms of our home with direct access to the lake via a private staircase. Our recently constructed designer home features huge windows, brand-new finishes, and contemporary furnishings. It also has two completely furnished rear patios with a BBQ grill and a large hot tub spa where you can unwind at the end of the day.
Welcome to The Dogwood lake house.
Located on the banks of Beaver Lake. You won’t find a more luxury lake house rental in the region. Especially not one with LAKE ACCESS.
As you walk into the house, you enter the first of two living spaces with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, a large smart TV and stunning lake views.
There's also lots of room for enjoying each other's company.
Meet up in the dining area with plenty of seating, including dining tables inside and out on the deck plus bar stool seating at the kitchen.
There is easy access to the top patio from the dining area, where you will find a gas grill to BBQ after a long day on the lake!

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes all new appliances, a coffee station, and plenty of dishes/utensils for large groups.
Tons of natural light filters throughout our home.
The master bedroom is on the main level of our home and has a 65-inch Smart TV, King sized memory foam mattress (Nolah brand) and an en suite bathroom. The other two private bedrooms feature Queen beds and are downstairs and share a large bathroom.
A spiral staircase from the main living room to the top floor (which feels like an oversized loft).
It includes a Queen-size bedroom that connects to an open bedroom with 4 twin beds built into the walls.
Tucked into their own private nooks much like beds on a luxury ship, each of the twin beds has its own curtains for privacy. Past the Twin beds is a spacious bathroom with a shower.
Downstairs is our second living area with Smart TV... and Wifi is found throughout the home.
Step out from our downstairs living area to our second patio.
Escape here with a good book, relax and take in the views, or...
...take a dip in the hot tub!
If you want to see the lake close up, walk down the long wooden staircase from the back porch for direct lake access.

“Lakefront luxury, indeed! We enjoyed the property. I give it top scores for cleanliness, comfort, and modern furnishings. The beds were super comfy. We easily cooked and ate multiple meals in the well stocked kitchen and we had plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat. The hot tub was a HUGE hit! And then the lake…the gorgeous view along with the ability to swim off of the dock and also use our paddleboards made for a great experience. The access to the lake is VERY steep. The stairs down to the lake are very nice but make for a serious workout on the way back up. So be prepared. But it is worth the effort.”

“Stunning place! Perfect for a small reunion of girl friends. The hot tub / deck situation was perfect to catch some rays and enjoy the views. We all slept well in the beautiful bedrooms. The layout was great with the bottom patio offering a great place to talk while not disturbing the folks sleeping in the ‘big room’ with the spiral staircase. Noise carries up there from the main living room so having that bottom story was great. Can’t say enough about how beautiful and clean everything was, really lucky to have found it. Thank you for being great hosts as well, so responsive!”

Our Beaver Lake offers swimming, fishing, and boating. Access to the closest boat ramp is Hickory Creek Park Boat Ramp (6mi), access to the nearest gas station & grocery store is Hometown Country Store (9 mi), access to the nearest restaurant is Johnson's Hickory Creek Diner (5 mi), and access to the nearest liquor store is Fiesta Liquors (7.5 mi).
