Get ready to experience Bentonville's best attractions — in and out of the saddle — at Poolside Place! Most loved for its large private pool and its proximity to Bentonville’s premiere MTB trails, our home features 4 luxury bedrooms, a fenced-in yard with outdoor living and secure bike storage.
Welcome to Poolside Place - your new home away from home!
Walk through the front door and you'll be greeted by our entryway. To the left, you'll see a Game Room.
In the game room you will find a foosball table and four-top poker table.
On the shelf, you'll find games like Farkle, Yahtzee, Scrabble, Sequence and cards.
Through the entryway, relax in our spacious living room.
The living room is thoughtfully designed with a cozy plush sectional, lounge chairs, a 55-inch TCL Roku TV, a gas fireplace and gorgeous built-in shelves.
Entertain your crew in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with barstool seating and all the essentials you need to create your favorite meal, baked good or cup of coffee.
Just off the kitchen, you'll find our eight-top dining table, perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or local takeout!
After a long day out in NWA, pick from one of our four cozy bedrooms. Sleeps 9.
From the kitchen/dining area, you'll also have access to the covered patio, pool and back yard. We invite you to unwind on our outdoor patio, with a four-top dining table.

Out back, relax in our large private pool! Looking to soak in a little sun? We have four chaise lounges surrounding the pool.

If you're visiting NWA for the hundreds of miles of MTB trails, we've provided safe bike storage in our finished garage! Here, you'll also find maps of Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, which is just TWO miles from our front door. Outside, you'll also have access to our bike wash station.
Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect place getaway and relax.
