About Ozark Oasis
Get ready to hit the town from our newly built, modern getaway, with easy and walkable access to all of your Bentonville favorites! Located in the heart of Bentonville, Ozark Oasis is within just a few minutes of Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, as well as a quick ride to NWA's premier MTB bike trails. Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has all of the amenities needed for a relaxing stay for up to 10 people.
Welcome to Ozark Oasis, our lovely home, less than a mile from Downtown Bentonville.
When you enter our home, you'll immediately enter into our open concept living room. This has to be our favorite spot in the house with its natural wood finishes, cozy seating, gas fireplace, and access to our fenced in patio.
In the living area, you'll find a comfy oversized chaise sofa, comfy leather lounge chair, a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV and our stunning electric fireplace. The perfect place to relax after your day on the town.
In between the living room and kitchen area, you'll see our oval, 6-top dining table - the perfect place to enjoy a meal and conversation with the crew.
Past the dining area, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with ample amenities - everything needed to cook or bake your favorite dishes - and brand-new appliances, including a gas stove, combination single serve / drip coffee pot and plenty of built-in storage. In the center of our kitchen, you'll see our large island, which hosts our sink and three barstools.
At the end of the day, settle into one of our five luxury beds. Sleeps 10.
Through the sliding glass doors in our living room, you'll see our patio area. This space is fenced in and features a large outdoor dining table and a grill to take the party outside and getting some fresh air.
The cozy front porch is another great place to relax, read a book or observe life in our pocket neighborhood.
Parking space for 3 cars. One car in the garage, and two smaller cars can fit in the driveway.

“Great stay for our boys MTB trip. Our first time to Bentonville and we wanted something that was turnkey and this home + B'ville totally delivered. We didn't need to rent a car or truck at all - the home was walking distance to restuarants and shops and a great coffee spot around the corner. Trails were super close. <br/>The house was just right for us - very clean and perfectly furnished. Good garage to store our bikes. Location couldn't have been better. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“Absolutely loved the property. It was clean and comfortably decorated. Walkable to downtown Bentonville and right next door to the awesome Airship coffee shop.
Hosts were also fantastic. They were responsive and had set up the home thoughtfully for those who would come to visit from out of town. I’ll definitely be looking for this property or another one of theirs in the future.”

“Great place to stay within walking/cycling distance to downtown.
Very attentive host.
We really enjoyed everything about staying here. The only minor issue is parking. The garage is not big enough for two cars and the driveway is too short for modern vehicles. So getting in and out is less than ideal. But we basically biked everywhere. So it wasn’t a big deal.
We would definitely stay here again.”
