Perfect Location
”MTB paradise starts with a 3rd floor view above a bike shop central to Bentonville bike parks and Back 40 and Little Sugar trails. Beds and pillows firm and very comfortable. Elevator worked well. I would consider staying here again.”

“This place is beyond ideal if you’re coming to the area to bike. Trails are right out the back door and can take you all over Bella Vista / Bentonville and beyond. The elevator is great for transporting your bike inside to keep it secure. The room itself is simple and clean with lots of natural light. It had all the essentials you might need. Have no a washer/dryer in the room was great. Overall I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back!”

“I was in Bella Vista for a mountain bike race with a friend. The location was optimal. There was plenty of clean space, comfortable beds, and peaceful surroundings. The loft is right above a very well stocked and friendly bike shop. Definitely recommend this space.”
