“Cohova’s place was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The home was beautiful and VERY clean, which is exactly what I look for when booking a BNB. There was ample space, clean and comfortable beds and bathrooms, and a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts communicated pretty quickly and check in/out was a breeze. “This property is new, well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchenware, and the host was very easy to communicate with and friendly. The house offers plenty of space, is located right on the Greenway, and has a neighborhood pickleball court, all of which we utilized. We didn't try out the pool, though the neighborhood clubhouse and pool looked brand new and quite nice. The drive to downtown Bentonville is very short. It would be good if the living room had another chair or two, but over all, a very comfortable place to stay!”

“Great house in a cool little neighborhood! The pool and workout facility were amazing! I rode out of the garage each morning and hit amazing mountain bike trails for a couple hours and still have many trails to explore!!”

“Check-in was very easy and seamless. Home and kitchen facilities were great. Everything you need is there. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood and surrounding area is peaceful, quiet and well-maintained. Great area to walk, run and ride safely with access to nice trails nearby. The downtown shops and restaurants are a few minutes drive. Wi-Fi access perfect for work or to access your favorite streaming service. Very nice pool and clubhouse. Great grill at the home patio or by the pool for burgers and steaks. Host was very responsive and followed up to ensure our comfort shortly after arrival and check-out. Great place to get away for a couple or family.”
