Welcome to Dock Holiday! Our 4 bedroom/3.5 bath lakefront home with luxury accommodations for up to 10 people!
Our home has an easy path leading to the shore and private dock with a boat slip on Lake Windsor - Bella Vista's finest lake for fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming!
When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by the large windows with a view and our cozy living room with seating, a Smart TV, and a fireplace.
Our open concept living space, is perfect for entertaining your entire crew.

“Perfect stay for our extended family! We had ages 8, 11, 14, 16 up to 74 and there was something for everyone. The house was very clean and inviting and had everything we needed including extra towels and sheets/blankets. Charging ports everywhere which the teenagers loved!
The dock was awesome to swim near, kayak or just sit and relax. We loved the neighborhood and the biking/walking trails nearby. We did not use much of the POA amenities but the pools and golf looked like it would be fun too. Great time away with our family!”

“Rented Dock Holiday to have a mountain bike weekend with my friends. That house was very comfortable. The lake view was beautiful and relaxing and the hot tub was just what we needed. Close enough to sonríen Bentonville were we enjoyed some wonderful meals and was even closer to all the MTB trails in the area.”

“Place was amazing. Game room, bar, and jacuzzi. Kayaks and dock on the lake. Quiet and peaceful. Quality linens and towels. Plenty of living space and entire is modern. Plenty of kitchen appliances and cooking equipment. Blackstone grill on the deck was perfect for morning breakfast while looking out at the lake. Within 5-10 minutes of all the Mountain Bike trails. Host was always responsive and checking to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying the stay. Always ready to do their best to resolve any matters. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.”
