The perfect spot for your family - enjoy a meal in the screened in porch overlooking the pond, kick back by the fire pit, or play shuffleboard inside. Our space has amenities for 9 guests and an epic living room with a small rock wall and slide for the kids! Outside, explore the properties trails for hiking or biking OR hop on them to connect to the popular Snowbird Bike Trail & Back 40.

“This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway or as a home base for exploring the world class trail systems in Bentonville / Bella Vista (maybe a hundred yards from the front door to the "Back 40" trail system). Close enough to town that you can still get food delivered but far enough out to be peaceful. The place was as described and very clean with great outdoor spaces and a fully screened in seating area if you prefer a less outdoorsy outdoor experience. Shuffleboard table was a great feature as well. This one is on my list of places to consider for future stays.”

“We stayed here as a family for a weekend trip to Bentonville. It was very spacious and fun for 4 kids. Comfortable for movie night. Very easy to access the snowbird bike trail which also connects to the back 40 bike trails. We loved it here and hope to come back the next time I need to work in Bentonville!”
