Unwind in our newly built, modern getaway, with easy and walkable access to all of your Bentonville favorites! Located in the heart of Bentonville, House of OZ is within five minutes of Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary and the Razorback Greenway, as well as a quick ride to NWA’s premier MTB bike trails. Start your day by walking to the brand-new Airship Coffee house directly behind our home!
Greetings from the House of OZ. During your stay, enjoy a state-of-the-art space with luxury amenities! Our 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has a fully stocked kitchen, two cozy living spaces and an outdoor living area, creating plenty of space for you and your crew (of up to 8 people) to relax.
When you walk through the front door, you'll immediately enter into our open concept living room. This has to be our favorite spot in the house because it's flooded with TONS of natural light and accented with bright, modern decor.
Here, you'll find an overstuffed gray couch, two lounge chairs, a 55-inch TCL Roku TV and our stunning electric fireplace.
In between the living room and kitchen area, you'll see our round, 6-top dining table - the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play a game of cards with the crew.
Past the dining area, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with state-of-the-art amenities and appliances, including a gas stove, combination Keurig/drip coffee pot and plenty of built-in storage.
In the center of our kitchen, you'll see our large island, which hosts our sink and three gold barstools.
Head upstairs and you'll enter our Bonus Room. Here, you'll find a gray daybed and 43-inch TCL Roku TV.
Next to the TV, you will find a basket with tons of games, including Scattergories, Apples to Apples, Scrabble, Bananagrams and more. Get ready for some friendly competition!
At the end of the day, settle into one of our 4 luxury bedrooms. Counting the bonus room, House of OZ has accommodations for 8.
Through the sliding glass doors in our living room, you'll see our patio area! This space has two lounge chairs, a 6-top outdoor dining table, BBQ grill and string lights.
Looking to take on NWA's hundreds of miles of trails? Our garage is fully equipped with bike racks, air pump and trail map.
The garage has an electric car charging port and enough parking space for 3 cars.

“A modern, comfy, centrally located home with plenty of bathrooms & showers to accommodate a bigger group. Decently outfitted kitchen to support cooking meals onsite. The condo is part of a townhome community, but still a feels fairly private, especially the fenced in outdoor space. Located in the garage, they’ve provided a few keys essentials for tending to your bikes; a bike repair stand, a pump and some small tidbits, like CO2 cartridges. We certainly did our part to keep the Airship coffee next door in business.”

I had a fantastic stay at this OZ Village Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to downtown Bentonville, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you're into mountain biking or walking trails, this spot is ideal, as the trails are just minutes away.
The home itself was spotless and even better than the pictures. It’s beautifully maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed.
I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bentonville. Whether you're here for biking, exploring, or just relaxing, you won’t be disappointed!”

MTB-friendly - all of the Bentonville trails are easily accessible from the house. – Direct access to the new Zepplin MTB trail that connects to the All American and Slaughter Pen trail. 5 minutes from Razorback Greenway.
