Our main living room is complete with comfy seating, a large Smart TV, and high ceilings.
Our wood burning, stone fireplace is the perfect focal point in our living room.
Our open-concept kitchen has everything you'll need.
A table for 6 in our breakfast nook.
The nearby formal dining area has another table for 6.
Our sitting room is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee.
When it's time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our 5 bedrooms. — Sleeps 12.
Upstairs is our Movie theatre room! Enjoy another living space, HUGE Smart TV, and raised couches for a real movie theatre experience.
The patio overlooks Mt. Hebron Park, the backyard, and the pool.
When you're not out on the town, you'll want to spend all your time in the backyard! Swim, drive, or shoot hoops in the pool. Lounge around the water or in the pool house.
With grill and counter seating, our fully stocked pool house is the ideal hang out spot to start your day by the pool.
The pool house lounge is complete with a cozy sectional and TV.
Beyond the pool, enjoy playing games, soccer, football in the yard with your crew. In the mood for a pick up game, there is a basketball hoop in the driveway.
We have direct access to Mt. Hebron Park for public fields, courts, playgrounds, trails & more!

“We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our group and honestly exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
Our favorite part was the outdoor space. The pool and backyard are beautiful, with so much green space that it feels private and peaceful. We also loved having direct access to Mount Hebron Park from the backyard—it was such a unique bonus.
The house worked really well for our group, with plenty of space for everyone. The kids especially loved the upstairs media room. The kitchen was well equipped, and the tankless water heaters were a huge plus—we never ran out of hot water!
The location was great—close to restaurants, shopping, Bentonville/Rogers, and the AMP, while still feeling quiet and private. Communication and check-in were easy.
