Marketing Intern Application

We are seeking a savvy Marketing Intern who will help in the development and execution of brand initiatives that tell our story across various channels. Cohobnb Properties is the fastest-growing vacation rental management company in Arkansas with over 60 properties spanning from Fayetteville to Bella Vista. 

Our Marketing Intern will work alongside our Marketing Specialist to create, launch, and publish content throughout our various social media channels, such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. With no two days alike, you’ll have endless opportunities to grow your skillset. This is a temporary Summer internship with the potential to move into a full-time position for the right candidate!

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is creative and likes to think outside the box when creating content

  • Enjoys content creation - photography, videography, graphic design, etc.

  • Has a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels

  • Enjoys staying ahead of the curve and keeping up with the newest social media trends

  • Pays strong attention to detail

  • Has a strong understanding of social media etiquette

  • Graduated or currently enrolled in a related program (Marketing, Business, Public Relations and Advertising, Communications) at a recognized college

  • Has at least 1+ year of experience in a related field (social media management, videography, photography, etc.) is preferred but not required!

What you can expect to work on: 

  • Work alongside our marketing specialist to plan, film, and edit on-trend content for TikTok and Instagram Reels

  • Create and post content to Facebook and Instagram stories on a regular schedule

  • Aid in the daily aspects of running social media advertising campaigns

  • Monitor and analyze posts to ensure branding is consistent

  • Aid in developing monthly social media calendars for various platforms

  • Assist in social media page management when required

Requirements:

  • Able to work consistent hours from week to week

  • Able to commit to living in Fayetteville for the duration of the Internship

  • GPA should be 3.0 and above

  • Vast knowledge of social platforms, like TikTok and Instagram, and current trends

Hours & Pay:

  • Hourly pay: $11/hour

  • 15-30 hours per week. Our office is open from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.
